9/24 Food Diary

8:00 AM -8:30 AM: 8 oz. Vanilla protein shake - 170 Cal, 20 g Pro, 19 Carb
1 Scoop Non-Fat Dry Milk - 80 Cal, 8g pro
8:30-12: 18 oz water drank out of 2 oz shot glass to slow the guzzling. I did start to feel hungry around 10:30 AM.
12:30 - 1: 8 oz Vanilla protein shake w/one drop orange extract - 170 cal, 20g pro, 19 Carb
1 Scoop non-fat Dry Milk - 80 Cal, 8g pro Can't taste a difference with the drop of extract, I'll try two next time. I also added an ice cube, but that didn't do anything for me either. It's hard to wait the half hour before drinking.

And so it begins......

My new life. No choices. Nothing to think about. No putting it off until tomorrow. No choice. Today is day one of the liquid diet leading me up to my Lap RNY, next week. I still hardly believe it's real. I am waiting for the other shoe to drop. So here's the plan:

1. Post daily about food intake, including calories, proteins, and carbs -Goal: 84 g Protein, 90 g Carbs, 870 Calories

2. Post Water/Clear Liquid intake -Goal: 64 oz.

3. Post Excercise -Goal: Yoga Daily, Walking
