One meal down, lots more to go! Cube Steak from Northwind farms, Mushrooms from a farm in Eaton, Yukon Gold potatos, and roasted beets from a local organic farmer in Oregon, WI. Everything was purchased from our local farmers market in Madison. Yummy! Butter was also from WI, but I can't remember who I purchased it from. Non-local ingredients were wortcheshire, olive oil and salt. I don't think the picture is working here, but you can see the food plated up at the Flickr group. If anyone knows where to purchase local milk in the Dane County WI area, I would love to know!
